Tera's first XXX role was in Andrew Blake's Aroused. "It was really great to work with him, and it was really good for me, since I'd never done anything nude like that," Patrick recalls. "He's a very good director, and he was able to tell me exactly what he wanted me to do. And he's great about making you look so beautiful." "I've done a lot of foot fetish stuff. I was working for Jaded Video while in college as their Product Manager and Marketing Manager. As their Marketing Manager, I was in charge of setting up and running their booths at the various adult conventions, such as the AVN Expo in Vegas and Erotica LA in Los Angeles. I would also do spokes modeling for them during the shows, and while doing this I was approached by many porn companies offering me hardcore jobs. I obviously turned them all down because I'm not interested in doing hardcore. During my second year at the AVN Expo, a friend of mine who works in the industry asked me why I didn't just do solo stills. I never even thought of it up until that point! I never would have guessed that this would turn into a career! Since then I have worked with almost all the top photographers, including Suze Randall, Holly Randall, J. Stephen Hicks, Hank Londoner, Andrew Blake, and Ashley Fontenot.

I was born in a small town in the NorthEast of England, to a close-knit working class family. I had a very fulfilling childhood but knew I was destined to leave this small town.
