Reformatory
Four defiant delinquents have been sentenced to a six-week stay at the Talaveras County Boys Reformatory. We watch as the group goes through the initial indoctrination and humiliating processing, which includes a sampling of the infamous regimen of physical discipline that the T.C.B.R.A. is known for. Stripped to their underwear, each boy is given a thorough physical exam including immunizations, rectal checks, and enemas. The boys are then introduced to Mr. C. P. Justice who gives them a taste of what they can expect for the next month-and-a-half. Each boy receives a long, hard hand spanking first with the benefit of their thin white cotton briefs and then without. Next, they are lined up in a row and told to grab their ankles for a number of sizzling swats with a large wooden paddle. Finally, each boy is stripped naked and given individual attention with thick leather straps that teaches them to never return to The Reformatory!
