In this, Part 5 of our Night Prowler Series, demented sex criminal Otis Herald (Travis Lee) continues his virtual reality therapy in the capable and beautiful hands of the brilliant Dr. Maxine Winston (Candy Licks). A mentally and physically gifted psycho therapist, Dr. Max has developed a computer-generated house of horrors for societal rejects like Otis where they can expand their vicious tendencies without harming the society that created them. You see before Dr. Max and her incredible invention, Otis prowled the streets of any town USA on an unprecedented crime spree, leaving behind him a trail of beautiful ladies mercilessly bound and gagged to his sinister pleasure; as well as an escape from a maximum security mental ward for a revenge spree against a teasing temptress of a nurse and the pretty prosecutor who got him locked up in the first place.But all that's water under the bridge for Otis, now happy to ply his evil deeds in the unrestricted confines of a micro chip; he is no longer the slave to his dreadful urges. And dreadful they are. Follow along as we visit Otis' torture chamber of choice: a musty old basement peepshow where he ruthlessly binds and spanks a leggy, big breasted brunette (Kelly McKay) before a crowd of jeering patrons. As the pretty girl squirms desperately, Otis spanks her ass crimson red, then roughly prods her exposed rectum as the crowd watches with twisted glee.
