Especially noteworthy is the unnamed actress featured as Miss Smith (a bouncy Shelly Fabares-type for those of you shiftless enough to still remember your Elvis movies). The actor playing the professor is spookily like the real thing: an arrogant little weenie self-absorbed with his own prowess. A garden-variety storefront feature from the heyday of L.A. one-day-wonders, The Medallion gets passing grades for silly sexual hi-jinx and better than average marks for swinging Seventies sexpots.
