Hioji, a researcher specializing in genetics, dies during a mission when he was about to make a big discovery in the field of fertilization. His wife, Mai, disappointed at not having had children with him, wants to pursue the research, but she quickly learns that the cost of the project is colossal.

A very secret organization, the GSC, recruits Mai and her husband's research and becomes part of a team of girls whose mission is to gather semen from carefully chosen men. These men are chosen for their physical and intellectual characteristics, such as top athletes, politicians, scientists and men of high social status. Women desire these qualities in their children and have placed orders to what is being called "Project Avalon", so they can be inseminated. This starts Mai on a multitude of adventures that will bring her into the arms of famous men, but she will gradually discover their most obscure flaws.

During a mission, a rival organization grabs the team of girls to steal their information on "Project Avalon". Things turn into a nightmare, when Mai and the women reach their limits and are chained, drugged, and forced to live their most sadistic fantasies. What exactly is this "Project Avalon"? Will the girls escape unscathed from this adventure...?
