Evil scientist Dr. Barkker and his perverse colleague Dr. Zak have undertaken a series of experiments to test an addictive sex drug using unwitting and unwilling coeds to serve as Guinea Pigs for their twisted endeavor. Dr. Barkker (Rick Masters) has now relocated to South America to escape scrutiny by his peers, while Dr. Zak (Travis Lee) continues his own experiments which he video tapes for Dr. Barkker's perusal. The latest tape from Dr. Zak contains footage of the continuing captivity of nubile blonde coed Holly (Holly Weston). Strung from the ceiling by a stiff obedience collar, her arms are cinched tightly behind her back as Dr. Zak administers an ample dose of pain and pleasure to her squirming body. While Dr. Barkker reviews Holly's ordeal in his office, his deranged understudy Igor (Zack Izzdas) unpacks a crate from Dr. Zak which contains a tightly bound new blonde coed test subject named Kim (Chandra Sweet). Forced to endure a rough examination by horny Igor, Kim is then bound arms over head with her legs spread wide for a brutal flogging. She is then forced to stand with her nipples and labia tightly clothes pinned while Igor takes not of her reactions. Finally, chained on all fours on an exam table, Kim is force fed a double dose of gooey experimental love potion, both in her mouth and up her tight caboose. It isn't long before she is quivering with pleasure and pain. Meanwhile, Dr. Barkker invites a sexy researcher Dr. Renee Dunn (Tabitha Jordan) over to let her in on his breakthrough molecular technology experiment. Little does she know that Dr. Barkker has more sinister plans in store for her. Dr. Renee is roughly stripped and savaged. Bound and gagged with her own clothes.
